18 October 2021 - Members Only - a revised version of the club subscriptions and fees, following the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been published in the members section of the web site. Stay safe and well all.

05 October 2021 - Members Only - The minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the 26th September are now available to view in the members area. Stay safe and well all.

02 October 2021 - Good News - following our busiest camping year to date, we can announce that prices for stays with us will remain fixed for another season. Yes, I know it's a while off yet, but I have to give you something to look forward to!

02 October 2021 - Members Only - information on your new Committee for the new season 2022, is available to view in the members section of the web site. Stay safe all.

30 September 2021 - Members Only - The minutes of the Committee meeting of the 25th September are now available to view in the members area. Stay safe and well all.

27 September 2021 - Fantastic amount, over £3,500, raised for MIND, the local office's largest single donation to date. Many thanks to our club members and visitors who made this possible. It's sincerely appreciated. Stay safe and well all.

24 September 2021 - As we slowly move toward the close of another season, we can be grateful that we had the opportunity for us to get together again, albeit not in total normality. Better that than nothing.... Take care and stay safe all.

With the on-going situation with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to improve we have taken the decision to take bookings for visitors from 28th May 2021.

Please use our booking enquiry page to request a booking.

Whilst Western Sunfolk are taking enquiries for future stays, it MUST be noted that bookings will remain subject to Welsh Government rules and guidelines that are in operation at ALL times.

Western Sunfolk cannot be held responsible, or held liable, for any Government restriction that may come into place before, or during, a planned break that may cause us to withdraw or cancel a booking.

NOTE: Holidays are booked at visitors own risk.

HAPPY 86th BIRTHDAY WESTERN SUNFOLK!!


Oh No, Not Again! Yes, unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to postpone this celebration for another year.

Regular visitors to this site will be aware that we should have been celebrating an 85th Birthday, with year long celebrations taking place during the 2020 season. Unfortunately, the Covid 19 pandemic severely curtailed our planning and even caused the closure of our club to all, for a period of time.

Planning was well underway for the 2021 season, but that has been brought to a halt.

So, pandemic permitting, we plan to deliver year-long activities and celebrations in 2022. We will keep you informed of events and their dates via the What's On page.

Within easy reach of our club is Tintern Abbey, Symonds Yat, the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean.

Recreational facilities in the area include walking, canoeing, horse riding, and cycling.

Many of the nearby towns boast medieval castles and hold regular pageants etc. during summer months.
